1. What Data We Hold
instagram.talklifeasia.com (the "Site") only stores personal data for people who sign in to the admin dashboard with Google. For those accounts, we store your name, email address, profile picture, role, and login timestamps.
Public visitors of the Site are not required to sign in and we do not store personal accounts for them. If Google Analytics is enabled, visitor analytics data is handled by Google under its own retention rules — see our Privacy Policy.
2. How to Request Deletion
If you have signed in to the admin dashboard and want your account data deleted, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.
3. What Happens Next
We will verify your request and remove your account record (name, email, profile picture, role, and login history) from our systems within 30 days. Removing your account also revokes your access to the admin dashboard.
4. Instagram / Meta Data
Content displayed on this Site is sourced from Talk Life Asia's own public Instagram account via the Instagram API — we do not access or store data belonging to Instagram users who are not our own admin staff. To manage data Meta holds about your own Instagram account, use Instagram's own account settings or contact Meta directly.
